Mikie Holiday Hotel Berastagi, Berastagi

This resort offers a fun and memorable experience, especially with its spacious rooms and excellent views. The breakfast was a highlight, but the restaurant could use better cleanliness standards. Additionally, while the amenities like the theme park are great for all ages, the staff's attitude needs improvement, especially regarding customer flexibility.

My stay at Mikie Resorts had its ups and downs. While the Zen Room we enjoyed had a wonderful ambiance and excellent dining experiences, the check-in and check-out process was frustratingly slow. Additionally, some of the other rooms seemed to lack proper cleanliness and comfort. Overall, there were some highlights, but the experience was mixed for what I expected.

Our stay was quite mixed. The room was clean and spacious, but the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable, especially with the noise from outside. The staff were friendly, and the pool area had potential, but it was not well-maintained and certainly not worth the price we paid.

My stay at Mikie Holiday Resort was overall a memorable experience. The lush gardens and great mountain air were fantastic, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. However, the noise level in the rooms could be improved as I could hear people running in the aisles and above me later in the evening, which was a bit disturbing. Definitely a great spot for families and fun activities!

I had a mixed experience at Mikie Resorts. The Zen Room we stayed in was beautifully decorated with a pleasant ambiance that really impressed us. The staff, especially GM Pak, were genuinely kind and made our stay enjoyable. However, the noise levels were a bit disruptive during our stay, particularly from the busy road outside and the activity in the hallway. While the dining options were good, with tasty breakfasts, I felt there could be improvements in cleanliness in some areas.
